My 2 cents about an half of a semester using Wix E-protfolio

College is definitely a new, fantastic stage in life. Part of the college spirit is trying new things and acquiring new abilities. As a result, the composition experience using Wix is really impressive.

From posting my own composition on the blog-like public webpage to evaluating other fellows' works, these all are not merely the brand new attempt but the actual implement of the college spirit.

Using Wix as the e-portfolio makes our compositions and ideas spread widely and quickly. Readers can share and access them easily. However, Wix is not well-designed for users. First, the manipulation is extremely not user-friendly. Every single time that I just want my articles shown in a Wix page, I can’t believe that Wix doesn’t allow me to put it on the page directly. All I can do is embed a smaller webpage of article into the bigger page, or I have to type my article on the page directly but it’s unstable that my text usually disappears. Isn’t it annoying? Secondly, the performance of Wix is quite awful. I frequently encounter lag, sudden shut down and freeze when adjusting my page. These factors are the main reason that make the composition experience using Wix impressive. However, it’s still good to try new things. But I won’t expect to use it again, hopefully it won’t exist in the index in the next semester.
